Salon Policy

We are excited to provide everyone with, in our opinion, the BEST haircare! However, we know that shopping online isn't always the easiest and you don't get to feel & see the products first hand before purchasing.

If there is a fault with your products once you receive the box, you will be able to return the box with everything inside, as it was when you opened it. However, if you have opened and used your product it is non-returnable and non-refundable, as once it has been opened we are unable to resell them.
